The Adamsville Football Program hosted it's 2nd Annual Youth Football Camp for area kids this week. "We just want to thank all the parents who brought their children out this week to have fun and hopefully learn some lessons," said third year head football coach Brandon Gray. He added "the important thing is the children have fun and the camp helps in many areas. But the main thing is the kids have fun, while hopefully getting prepared to be successes in the future. Maybe something or someone at the camp makes a difference in their young lives." Numbers for the camp were lower than expected because of the local church taking a group of kids to Florida this year during the week of the camp, besides that the camp still had about 40 participants. Coach Gray also wanted to thank all of the varsity players that volunteered and coaches that participated in the event to make is such a success. Hope to see you next year!!
